At Business Procurement Specialists we believe that suppliers and service providers can increase their profitability by networking markets currently outside their scope of clients. Networking and interacting with Business Procurement Specialists will enable your company to expand it's current client base and increase profitability secured by an executed supply or service agreement. Our Platinum Affiliate Program ensures that your company is the first point of investigation when identifying a supplier or service provider for our clients. As the preferred supplier or service provider, this will allow your company the opportunity to submit a competitive proposal.

Acceptance Criteria

If your company has a multi-state service area in Australia, or a multinational service area in Australia/New Zealand or Asia-Pacific, then you may well qualify for our Platinum Affiliated Program. Your company's ability to provide competitive contract pricing within your service area over a 12-24 month supply or service agreement period would also determine your company's eligibility and platinum rating.

Initiating the Process

Please populate the Contact BPS form on this webpage with the requested information and one of our Procurement Specialists will be in contact you within one business day. After consulting with you and understanding your company's business model, we will be able to assess if you qualify for our Platinum Affiliate Program. If your company meets the qualification criteria, then a detailed survey will be forwarded to you to be populated and once returned a supplier or service review and audit will be processed.

Identification

The supplier or service review and audit identifies key factors that will contribute to your platinum rating within our Platinum Affiliate Program. The key identifiers that will be analyzed are:

Corporate Profile
Product/Service Range & Quality
Competitiveness
Delivery/Supply
Product/Service Report
Account Management

Once our supplier or service matrix analysis has identified your suitability and platinum rating, your company's information will be uploaded to our preferred supplier or service provider list for a period of 12 months.

Execution

As a company in our Platinum Affiliate Program you are assured of being the preferred supplier or service provider for our clients (subject to suitability). A supplier or service agreement over a 12-24 month period will formalize the contract.

Process Cost

Our initial consult with your company is a free service. If your company qualifies for the Platinum Affiliate Program a detailed survey form will be sent to you for population and the information will then be used as a basis for the supplier or service review and audit. To initiate this setup process and qualify for our Platinum Affiliate Program for 12 months an administration fee of AUD$880 + GST will apply. If within the 12 month period, your company secures a supply or service agreement with one of our clients this fee will be fully refunded. At the conclusion of this term and if your company wants to remain on our Platinum Affiliate Program for another 12 month period, then the process of performing another supplier or service review and audit will incur another administration fee of AUD$880 + GST . However, as stated, if your company secures another supplier or service agreement within that 12 month period your administration fee will be fully refunded.
